Service Delivery

RapiTalk is a software service used in your web browser. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Free plan: available as soon as you confirm your email address.
• Paid plans and add-on packs: active within minutes of a successful payment, worldwide. You get an email and an invoice under Settings > Plan and billing.
• If it is not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, email support@rapitalk.com with the payment reference; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy if we cannot fix it.
• Enterprise: delivered as agreed in the order form.

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include or show GST as the checkout says.
