Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
RapiTalk is software delivered online. This policy explains how cancelling works and when you get money back. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Cancelling a plan
- Cancel any time in Settings > Plan and billing > Cancel at period end. Only the organization owner can do this.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Your data stays.
- Cancelling stops all future automatic debits. You can also cancel the mandate in your bank or UPI app; please cancel in RapiTalk too.
When we refund
| Situation | Refund |
|---|---|
| You were charged twice, or a wrong amount, or after you cancelled | Full refund of the extra amount |
| A payment succeeded but the plan or pack was not activated and we cannot fix it within 3 working days | Full refund |
| An add-on pack none of which has been used, asked for within 7 days of purchase | Full refund |
| RapiTalk was unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row in a paid period through our fault | A pro-rata credit or refund for those days |
| We end your paid plan without a breach by you | Pro-rata refund for the unused period |
| Partly used periods after you cancel, used packs, or a change of mind after a period started | No refund (the plan keeps working to the end of the period) |
| Fees of third parties (Meta WhatsApp charges, SMS operator fees, bank charges) | Not refunded by RapiTalk; contact that provider |
Accounts suspended for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded, except where the law requires.
How to ask
Email support@rapitalk.com from your account email with your invoice or payment reference within 30 days of the charge. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days (banks may take longer to show it).
Downgrades and upgrades
An upgrade starts at once; you pay the difference shown at checkout. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period. Features above the new plan stop then; your data stays.
