Many things you can do yourself: export or delete data under Settings > Privacy and data, delete your account under Account. A business messaged you? Reply STOP to stop its messages, and ask that business first; we will help if needed.

We use these details only to handle your request and keep a record of it for 3 years, as the Privacy Policy explains. We may ask you to prove your identity before sharing or changing data.
